Our Pastry & Bakery course is a certified 1-year vocational training program designed for students who want to build a career in the culinary and hospitality industry. The program provides hands-on training in baking techniques, pastry preparation, bread making, cake decoration, dessert presentation, and food safety standards, preparing students for work in bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and hotels.
This course makes you eligible to apply for 1-year Portuguese Residency under Article 92.
