Our Cooking / Culinary Arts course is a certified 1-year vocational training program designed for students who want to pursue a career in the food and hospitality industry. The program provides hands-on training in professional cooking techniques, international cuisines, kitchen management, food safety, and presentation skills, preparing students for diverse roles in restaurants, hotels, and catering services.
This course makes you eligible to apply for 1-year Portuguese Residency under Article 92.
